The North Carroll Recreation Council is a non-commercial, nonsectarian, nonpartisan, and nonprofit organization. We are located in northern Carroll County in the state of Maryland. We feature over 30 programs offering sports and recreation activities for all ages in our community. Our programs range from soccer to dance, karate to horseback riding, and square dancing to wrestling. Our goal is to provide a diverse menu of quality recreational activities for our participants regardless of age or athletic ability. We offer both in-house and travel opportunities for virtually all of our sports programs.
