The North Carroll Recreation Council is affiliated with Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks. We are dedictated to providing the northern-most parts of Carroll County with recreation opportunities.

2012-13 NCRC Scholarship Application

The North Carroll Recreation Council Scholarship was established to reward graduating seniors who actively participated in any NCRC program or contributed as a volunteer and wish to further their education. Pick up forms at your High school.

Volunteers Needed. For more information on how to get involved in your community as either a part of the NCRC or one of its affiliated recreational programs, please contact NCRC President Mike Carr or the program's specific coordinator (select the appropriate recreational link from the navigation menu on the left to acquire that information).

NCRC Parents,

In September of 2012, after serving Carroll County for seven and a half years, we sold our business, "TSS of Carroll County".Apparently, the new owner could not meet all of their commitments, and we have become owners once again. We are attempting to "make right" on any issues from the Fall 2012 season, but need your help. If there are any athletes who have not received their pictures and/or refunds from the fall season, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will try to do whatever is possible to get your photographs and applicable refunds.
